The dried porcini mushroom gives this seasoning its unique earthy, umami flavour. And the chunky pink rock salt (which, by the way, is hand-sourced from the Himalayan mountains) is an intense, natural flavour enhancer in its own right. A superb finishing salt, we recommend a sprinkle over a mushroom omelette or added to the flour mix for tempura.
The screw top lid means you can refill and reuse this grinder to reduce waste. There are also no preservatives, MSG or nasty additives, so you can be confident you know exactly what’s going in your food.
