1. Skillet – 20 cm. Ideal for families of 4 – 6. Great for omelettes, sauted veg.
2. Small pot. Ideal for poaching, sauces.
3. Stock pot. Great for bone broths, veggie stocks. Anything that needs a lot of liquid. You need lids that fit perfectly, try not to lose them!
It’s also helpful to have a non-stick pan for stir fries.
